Your service is up to you: pick the living areas on which you want us to focus first and we’ll work through all areas of your home according to your priority. We work with our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients to ensure that your “trouble spots” are clean. The first clean to your home will be a detail cleaning which may require more time (in some cases require an hourly rate). An in-depth cleaning of your kitchen, bathrooms, and all other rooms in your home. After this clean, we follow the regular cleaning system outlined below, which allows us to maintain your home’s basic cleaning needs while also detail cleaning specific areas on each clean.

Some customer may not want a detail cleaning on our first visit and just want to start with our service on a regular cleaning basis and don’t requires a detail cleaning which is ok.

Terms of Payment
Payment is due on the day of cleaning. Payment can be made by Cash, Check or Credit Card. Cash or check should be left on the kitchen counter or table for the team captain to pick up when the team arrives. Special invoicing arrangements may be made with our office prior to starting service. Credit Card payments we do offer an online payment system if you want to pay in advance. A fee of $35 will be charged for each check returned by the bank.

Bathrooms
  • Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
  • Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
  • Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
    Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
  • Vanity top cleaned (more time may be required to remove and replace items on top)
  • Towels changed (if left out)
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Windowsills wiped down
  • Trash emptied
  • Baseboards dusted or wiped
  • Vacuum and/or wash floor
  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates

Kitchen
  • Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
  • Cabinet fronts washed or dusted
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  • Floor vacuumed or washed
  • Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (interior cleaned upon request – ask for details)
  • Small appliances wiped
  • Windowsills cleaned
  • Baseboards dusted or wiped
  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
  • Trash emptied
  • Dishes washed (please set up procedure with your local office)
  • Wipe or dust table and chairs

Other Living Areas, including Hallways and Stairs
  • All areas dusted – on top, on front and underneath (all items removed &
    replaced – more time may be required if there are lots of knickknacks)
  • Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
  • Hardwood or tile floors damp-mopped
  • Carpeted floors vacuumed
  • Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed
  • Windowsills wiped down
  • Fingerprints wiped from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
  • Glass tables cleaned
  • Picture frames dusted
  • Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
  • Light, general straightening completed

Bathrooms
  • Carpets vacuumed
  • Beds made
  • Linens changed (if left out – notify office if more than one linen change
    is needed)
  • All areas dusted – on top, on front and underneath ( all items removed &
    replaced – more time may be required if there are lots of knickknacks)
  • Picture frames dusted
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Windowsills cleaned
  • Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
  • Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
  • Trash emptied
  • Baseboards dusted
  • Lampshades wiped down or dusted
